OKAY so I’m doing some concept ideas for the Arkham Hill (Batman Rogues in Silent Hill) idea I had asked for some ideas for before. I mainly want to do this sort of thing because I shamelessly love getting into the psychology of characters and all of them are so messed up that it’s…easy to do.
Adorababble and I thought up some ideas for a couple of them, but I’d love more ideas! Just to get the gears turning and such.
